Aileen is a research and evaluation professional with ten years of experience doing research, monitoring and evaluation, and support to civil society organizations in Asia. She is committed to an empowering approach to research wherein staff and partner organizations learn from an inclusive, participatory process. She has expertise in program design, training, strategic planning and both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, including participatory methods and survey design and implementation.
